Service of Indian Liquor and Foreign Liquor at a place other than the licensed premises. The fees for this category of P-10 are Rs 7,500.
For service of Indian and Foreign Liquor at a motel/banquet hall/farm not having any license to serve liquor "on" the premises, the fees for P-10 is Rs 15,000.
Applicants can apply for P-10 permit on e-Abkari Portal.
General Conditions:
a) The area for service of liquor should be screened off from public view.
b) Liquor can be served only to adults above 25 years of age
c) Liquor should be procured from only authorized sources in Delhi (the license holder must be having the bill in original issued by retail liquor vend in Delhi from where the liquor has been procured).

Permit for service of Indian Liquor and/or Foreign Liquor at a place other than licensed premises in-
a) Commercial ticketed event/function or a series of such event/functions during the entire period of 24th December to 31st December for time upto 1:00AM only. The fees for this category is Rs 2,00,000.
b) Other commercial ticketed events/functions during the rest of the year for time upto 1:00 AM only. The fees for this category is Rs 1,00,000.

For Licensees allowed for onside Consumption Hotels/Clubs/Restaurants) Permit (P-13) P-13 Permit is granted to licenced hotels, restaurants and clubs for service of foreign liquor inside/outside their licensed premises on temporary basis for hosting a function on a specific day. Any eligible hotel, restaurant and club can apply for grant of P-13 Permit in the prescribed proforma after depositing Rs 5000/- as permit fee.
